Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the website solincinerator.ca (the "Website") or engaging the cleaning services, including pickup and delivery options (collectively, the "Services") operated by SOL INCINERATOR ("us", "we", "our").

Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

1. Use of the Services

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

1.2 Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Services.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

SOL INCINERATOR operates in various locations across Canada. Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Service Booking and Cancellation

2.1 Service Booking

You may book our cleaning services through our Website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.2 Service Pricing

Prices for our Services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added at the time of payment.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your scheduled service by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

SOL INCINERATOR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, weather conditions, staff illness, or equipment failure. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, e-transfers, and corporate purchase orders. All payment information is processed securely through our payment processors.

3.2 Billing

For one-time services, payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, as specified during the booking process.

For recurring services, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis according to the schedule agreed upon during registration. You may cancel recurring services as outlined in our cancellation policy.

3.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services. We reserve the right to charge a late fee for overdue payments.

4. Pickup and Delivery Services

4.1 Scheduling

Pickup and delivery times are scheduled in advance. You agree to be available at the designated location during the scheduled time window or to make alternative arrangements with us at least 24 hours in advance.

4.2 Property Access

You are responsible for ensuring that our staff can access your property for pickup and delivery. If we are unable to access your property during the scheduled time window, you may be charged a trip fee.

4.3 Item Handling

While we take reasonable care in handling your items, SOL INCINERATOR is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or wear to items collected for cleaning. We recommend that you inform us of any special care requirements or pre-existing conditions before we collect your items.

5. Service Standards and Guarantees

5.1 Service Standards

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. Our standard cleaning services include those specified in our service descriptions or as agreed upon during booking.

5.2 Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our Services, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and, if necessary, re-clean the areas in question at no additional cost.

6.1 Property Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our cleaning staff. This may include providing keys, security codes, or being present to grant access.

6.2 Security

SOL INCINERATOR conducts background checks on all employees. However, we recommend that you secure valuable items and sensitive information before our arrival.

6.3 Pets

For the safety of our staff and your pets, please secure pets in an area separate from where cleaning will take place.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Damage to Property

SOL INCINERATOR carries liability insurance to cover damage to your property caused directly by our staff during the provision of our Services. Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOL INCINERATOR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SOL INCINERATOR and its licensors. The Website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries.

8.2 Trademarks

SOL INCINERATOR, the SOL INCINERATOR logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SOL INCINERATOR or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of SOL INCINERATOR.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province of Yukon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with the mediation rules of the ADR Institute of Canada.

If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the ADR Institute of Canada. The place of arbitration shall be Yukon, Canada.
